

Truly an exceptional grilled cheese. I made a compound garlic butter for some steaks and had leftover homemade bread from a dinner I hosted and made this gorgeous beast for lunch the next day. The bread really was the star here. Its my own recipe thatvI based on a classic French country boule.

That’s cool! How’d you make the butter? I’ve heard just shaking milk in a jar works.
